1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Ugh this is annoying. My left elbow is starting to feel funny. I think I might have to drop the BB stuff and see if that helps.

I guess this might be the downside of the schedule i made as i do some sort of press movement almost every day i lift, ie 5x a week.

Keep an eye on it but if it seems like simple tendonitis/tendonosis you could try some kind of compression cuff.
Even just taping it can help. Right under the elbow on the upper forearm.

I always wear sleeves when i lift. Only started to notice it when i started benching heavy. Guess i need to stick to higher rep ranges.

For me it's squats that cause it and bench that makes me notice it. Be very careful with squats that you aren't gripping the bar tightly at all. Hands loose, back tight.

I experienced episodic forearm tendonitis and strange upper back tweaks for the longest time before I finally threw my hands out to the cuffs for squats.

Dude me too, after seeing the shitshow that a globo gym is during this time of year. I was thinking earlier this week about just taking half a year off from the gym. But that would be ridiculous. I'm talking to a strength and conditioning gym and hopefully work something out with them between now and then.

I use a hex bar so it's not that. I think I might also be over extending my elbows during pressing movements form time to time without meaning to. I.e. locking the joint.

I wore some arm warmers I had through the weekend to keep my elbows warm so lets see how stuff feels tomorrow. I do think I'll let off from BB bench for a hair to see if it's due to that, but I think doing a few things in the sub 5 rep range was probably to blame.

Don't just wear arm warmers, actually buy proper heavy sleeves. Theyre a bit expensive but definitely worth it.

I have sleeves. I wasn't going to wear them around the house though! Those things are mad tight. I can't imagine having them on for an extended period of time.

Yeah, I just figured I'd take some ibuprofen and put on some arm warmers to keep the joints a bit warm for the weekend.
