For 2015, I want at least two of the following three:

    • Squat - 800
    • Bench - 500
    • Deadlift - 700

Also, a 2000 total would be nice.

Get more jocked. Continue learning about PRI principles and applying them to training and recovery.

You're a monster man - crazy seeing all that #battleofthe220s stuff on IG. Total inspiration.

On that note, I want to see my abs for the first time ever, and get as close as possible to

    Squat - 500
    Bench - 400
    Deadlift - 600

Ideally, while weighing close enough to 198 to try competing there.

Oh another goal for next year is continuing to trust in the process. Like last year I was so new to lifting and gun-hoe about everything, every little lifting knowledge I picked up I would apply immediately. I had a constant need to increase my numbers THAT DAY. I learned a lot this year from Greg about the differences in the way people respond to training and where I stand in that spectrum. It's made me a lot more chill and I realized I have the tools in programming/diet/recovery to meet expectations I have for myself. There's variables I can control and do my best, but there's other variables that are uncontrollable.

It's been pretty good. I'm hitting my previous PRs right now beltless for reps and 25lbs lighter, so I feel pretty good about that. I've put a decent amount of size in my chest, delts, and traps. Which has lead to my bench increasing and bench form feeling more confident.

I still train like a powerlifter but since like August I've been working in 8 rep range on the big lifts and 15 rep range in accessory work which is more bodybuilding style, like drop sets and clusters. My main goal was to put on good size and increase hypertrophy, which I've done a decent job of. I'm curious to see what happens if I decide to start tapering and using a belt again.

That's awesome. Next year is totally going to be your year. I already see you popping up on my facebook and were not even friends! So popular.

He did that at 198's. Not sure if I'll ever do a meet at 198 again. I'm too tall for that weight class. Heck, I'm too tall for 220's.

Thanks. I'm just a small fry compared to the guys I'm up against. Glad to see I'm somewhat inspirational.

Haha am I popping up on commenting on people's pages or something? I don't think any of my videos are circulating on fb or anywhere really except my own youtube page.

as a European/swede I have no idea about how much "one plate" is. 20 kg, so 3 plates would be 140kg?

Lol, my lifting goals are fucking weird.

    - Weighted pull-ups with 100lb x 10
    - squat 225lbs for 225 reps (I have been trying to get this for ever and have never made it beyond 162, I usuallt attempt it about once every 4-6 months)
    - Bulgarian split squats with 120's x 10
    - legit iron cross for at least 10 seconds

It's not, when I first got into lifting my brother told me I should work up to 100kg x 100 reps. After I got there I moved to the US and everything is in pounds, so the 100kg milestone is 225lbs, so I figured I'd try that for 225 reps. I'm not even sure if it's possible, after 100 reps the pump is ridiculous and you start cramping hard, if you rest too long then you start feeling sick, if you don't rest long enough then you get all kinds of crazy spasms at the bottom. I'm determined though haha.

Is that all in one set? Most i've done is 30x225.

Went 245x2, 255x2, 260x2 on close grip bench, worked up to 225x3 on reverse grip and 220x3 on floor press today. Presses are really going up.
