    @Coldsnap

Btw, I just remembered I have a translated Norwegian 3 day full body program if you're interested.
It has you doing a squat, bench and deadlift variation every workout + some accessory.

You could just run the powerlifts as written if you still think it would be fun to train those a lot, and then add whatever other BB/hypertrophy work you want.
The upside of that is that you get a fully periodized program for those 3 lifts so you won't have to bother with that yourself.

Personally I think that would be a good option if you want still want to increase your numbers a bit.
How is Sheiko working out otherwise?
You're pretty close to your meet now, right?

Just interested to hear your progress and so on.

Lol, how weird is it? Like lovers' arguments between you two taking place at work that kind of weird?

I sometimes feel like I can take her seriously as a boss because i've been intimate with her, and I think she feels the same way about me, couple that with the fact that I am almost 10 years younger than her, and yeah.

Lol, how's her hotness on the scale? I know a few couples started as boning buddies and ended up being together but not sure if they worked together. Do you plan on staying with the company in the long run? Actually, come to think of it I know a few co workers who are married to each other. Shit, I guess shit works sometimes.

About a month away. In 2 weeks I'm going to be doing the 1RM for my lifts so hopefully I can get some updated numbers for the meet. Sheiko is pretty taxing; I'm exhausted after Squat/bench/squat or DL/bench/DL so sometimes I skip out on accessory work. This is partly because I have class and partly because I'm lazy which I know isn't good.

Only modification I've done is doing rows every other day as opposed to dumbbell flies every session and rack pulls instead of deadlift from boxes.

EDIT: Silly question but do they normally film every lift for every participant at the meet or do I have to get someone to film for me?

Honestly I don't think it matters so much if you skip it sometimes. It's just meant as GPP. For example the flyes are just seen as a stretching exercise. As long as you complete the main lifts. But you probably want to do them another time around.

They don't film any lifts over here. We filmed each other with our smartphones.

Yeah I mean I try to at least do dumbbell flies, rows and good mornings once a week but the other stuff like lunges and abs I skip out quite often. To be honest I don't really feel like I need to do any extra accessory movements on legs seeing as how the volume for squats is so high. Hoping to hit at least 300/350/200 at 63-64kg when I hit my maxes in two weeks. Need to up my calories to make 66kg too.

Naw but we do have the one where you can do them standing. I have tried both. I just don't feel like they are as effective as deadlift movements. When I do SLDLs with strict form I feel the stretch a good bit more. Quads are so easy to hit but with the cycling I'm hoping to do next year I need some good ham exercises to balance it out and I feel like I havent found any

Only did 2 sets in the gym today, was absolutely obliterated though. When your on tren you just end up pushing so much harder then you normally would even on other anabolics. The focus and aggression is ridiculous. It was really weird because unracking 140 felt obscenely heavy considering it's about 70% of my max, but it was just flying up. Went 140x20 160x10 on high bar beltless squats. Will do some ab wheel at home, but that should still be enough to get some solid growth. I feel like a few very intense high rep sets are what makes my legs grow the most and i'm not worried about what is best for getting stronger since on tren i'd get stronger not lifting and just playing final fantasy 6 in bed on my iphone all day. Been looking down more on squats recently. I used to really crush my neck into the back of the bar, but now I kind of look at the floor. I've also stopped pushing my knees out so much and sitting between them and just letting them go really far over my toes now. feels like a leg press.

Anyone here own a pasta maker? I want to make some pasta, but I reckon cheap ones are shit.

Rough draft of what I put together. Hitting everything in only three days is a bit tough. Made the decision instead of doing like flat bench 6 x 8 I'd split it between two different type of movements for variety. Sets x reps are work sets, so some sets prior to get up to that weight will be included in the over all volume but not accounted for. Addressing weaknesses of chest / tricep / delts and lower body weakness of lower back and glutes. Dunno if I'm forgetting anything..

    Monday -
    Flat Bench 3 x 8
    Incline DB Bench 3 x 10
    Chest Fly 4 x 10
    Highbar Squat 3 x 8
    Leg Press 3 x 10
    Lat Pulldown 4 x 10 v short rest
    SkullCrushers 4 x 10 v short rest

    Wednesday
    Deadlift 3 x 8
    DB Shoulder press 3 x 8
    DB Row 3 x 10
    BB row 3 x 10 v short rest
    Delt Raise 4 x v short rest
    Db Shrug 4 x 10
    Curls 4 x 10

    Friday
    Lowbar Squat 3 x 8
    RDL 3 x 8
    CG Bench 3 x 8
    Dead Bench 6 x 3 clusters
    Db Stepups 4 x 10
    Dips 3 x 10
    Tricep Pushdowns 3 x 10

If you're bodybuilding i'd move the deadlift further into the workout so your not too fucked to row.

Ok, I'll do that. I've pulled in low low 400s but I row with 45lb dumbells so I could probably benefit from doing that heh.

Looks solid. Personally would rather do Front squats + low bar squats combination instead of High bar + low bar.

Disregard rowing weight acquire form. Can get a sickening pump with like 20kg dbs or 50kg dbs.

Athletics union is having a tarzan themed party on wednesday, better up the tren and buy some obnoxious as fuck vests.

Best way to row - 1 arm bb row with the landmine, or off-set hip dead stop DB row.
Youtube John Meadows/Mountain Dog, his back training is pretty fucking genius.

I like t bar row and lat pulldowns. T bar lets me hit all that shit next to the rear delts, lat pull down gives max range of motion. Im not crazy about DB rows, they fry my lower back.
