1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Takes 5min to prepare:
Big cucumber, peel, remove the core with the seeds and chop the good part in bits. Put a ton of chili powder or crushed dried chili on it and squeeze half to a whole lime over it.

You can make a meal out of it by adding a cup of cottage cheese, a can of tuna, half a chopped onion and a big spoon of mango chutney.

Almonds. A handful a couple or so times a day hits the spot for me.

Killed legs today. Then went to five guys for a triple cheeseburger and Cajun fries and had a salted caramel, brownie and marshmallow milkshake on the way home. First bad thing I've eaten in about 3 weeks.

As for snacks, Greek yoghurt with berries and walnuts. Sometimes mix in 1/4 packet of crystal light for flavor

God, I blow so much damn money when I go to NYC.

Time to hunker down now for a bit. Have a few fitness and life goals to tend to!

My jeans are so baggy on me now. Down to like a 32.5" waist, wearing size 34 1947s. Oh well. I've been bulking for a few weeks now though. Should hopefully fill them out in the waist again.

Honestly I don't think anyone here is qualified to answer that question. How long have you been using the stack?

Chocolate-covered peanut-butter filled pretzels. Meat. Pop-tarts. Utz potato chips hand-cooked in lard. Pepperidge Farm soft bake cookies.

Y'all can have your shreddedness..... I've got my sights set on snatching 300lbs.

I have been snacking on wheat bread toast with butter and honey. I feel like a hippie for even typing that out, but I am trying to keep my sugar intake under ~70g/day, and it's been damn rough.

Probably, it's just like "Is this safe?" which is impossible to answer... and the answer would be no. :embar:

Been on it since 19.08., slowly upped from 3x 8mg to 3x 24mg. But I feel nothin of the caffeine because I'm used to getting 500-800mg a day via espresso, PWO and stuff. Worst case was 3 VPX Meltdown tabs, 2 scoops pre-workout and an espresso on empty stomach before gym, that was then enough stim to get me jittery though. So yesterday I started to substitute the 200mg caffeine a dose with a VPX Meltdown tab. The effect was clearly stronger than when I take caffeine. I'm back to wearing my heart rate monitor to keep an eye on it but so far looks ok. Curious what will happen tonight when I'll go deadlifting.

I'm fail bulking. Easy to bulk when I had a desk job, but now that I have that and another job where I'm on my feet all day or night I can't fit in the calories I'm burning.

TK aren't you tied up most the day doing doctor shit? How to get big calories?
