1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    My own ;)

I haven't got any employees so its not something I have to deal with.

I know multiple companies that send their employees to rehab (drugs and alcohol), as way to help them and if they don't clean up, it's bye bye.

Had a professor who required the class to do some sort of physical activity and keep a log. It was fine by me because at the time I ran, cycled, and lifted daily. Someone in the class complained to the admins which resulted in the requirement being disallowed.

Managed to make chocolate ice cream with pretty damn good macros that tastes better then anything you'd find in a store. Made 450g so 1lb or so with 702 cal 47 protein 26 carbs 47 fat. I can probably get the fat a little lower and the protein higher. Just need to play with the proportions and see what will still hold. Wifi is out so I'm on my phone. Will post pics Monday when it's back.

Brb following kunks topless photos with ice cream posts because I'm alpha as fuck.

No one will ever be satisfied with their looks, I think as long as you have a goal and stick to it you'll be fine. Just don't forget your initial goal and don't get sidetracked as you progress. I was 160lbs and had a goal to hit 180lbs to be fully satisfied. once I hit 180lbs I was not happy and wanted to get bigger, now everyone is saying I am getting too big for my height.

What did the doc say? Lots of people have minor curvature issues that never become a problem.

long work week. Dragged my ass to the gym to force myself to deadlift but it was already closed, was sort of happy because I was on the fence If I should. I'm putting away some serious cash though for my house, spending some money though too.. updating TV and speakers but sony is taking such good care of me I can't resist the price.

5'10" @180 lbs. is considered too big? I'm only 5'7 @170 lbs. and I look fairly normal. What are your big 3 numbers?
