Copped a pair of Tellason jeans yesterday in DC. Hadn't heard of them before but liked the construction and the fit. Time to retire the 514s.

dat feel when you finally have hawt abs and still over 200lb. Been doing an hour of fasted cardio every morning, body feels much better already and it's definitely helping me lean out a lot faster then just cutting did.

Been doing a lot of baking recently, pretty easy to manipulate macros so I can still cut.

    180g of protein lel

    200g of proteins

    no protein just tasty

2x as much chicken, half the pastry and high protein low fat cheese so like 150 protein and 1200 cals. Shittake mushrooms, baby tomatoes, onions and bell peppers too.

Bought a lot of baking shit, banking is making me buy such retarded shit. Why do I need pyrex? Im 20 and live in a shitty flat who the fuck cares about my measuring cups.

fuji's face there looks like he's in his late 30s.

Had a dream that my back molar was suddenly loose and then just fell out as if I was a meth addict. Premonition or am I just stressed?!

Do you guys adhere to the 1 - 1.5g of protein per lb of body weight rule? I read an article recently that debunked that 'myth,' saying that after ~0.76g per pound, there's no real discernible benefit to consuming more. It was backed up by countless scientific studies, too.

If true, that definitely helps with easing that protein anxiety I get at the end of the night.

I must be weird because that cup full of different people's toothbrushes disturbs me to a deep level.

1g-1.5g is about what I shoot. Yes, science shows that anything over .5g doesn't benefit. But there's a ton of bodybuilders in the pro circuit that eat way over that, I was just reading an interview in Power Magazine and the dude eats 700-1500 grams of protein a day.

The upshot is that protein is super good from a calories perspective, so I eat 1.5g even though science doesn't really support it.

Depends on how fat you are and if you're gaining or losing weight. There's some fairly recent research showing more muscle sparing on really low bf% individuals who are still at a deficit when consuming more than 1g/lb. If you're obese, obviously 1g/lb isn't necessary.

Super awesome denim that's made in San Francisco in the same shop where RRL and Gustin are made in. Did you cop them at a discount? What fit?
When I was taking my exercise physiology my professor who was a dietitian told us 1 kg. of body weight you would need about 0.8 g or protein. It was a misconception that 1 lbs. of body weight = 1 g. of protein. She also said that was more of a gym science. For me, I try to take about 2 grams of protein for every 1 kg. of weight. But I'm sure I'm well over that given how often I eat dairy and meat.

RRL and Gustin.. bottom of the barrel. Even though I like RRL.

Although my friend says Tellason are quality and good for people with big thighs, he wears them often.

I assume you mean the 3 layers thing? Baso got 150g of puff pastry, rolled it out really thin and put grooves in the side so stuff wouldnt fall out of it. Put a little honey and pan fried peaches on each one. Baked them. Then I filled the grooves with 500g of 0% greek yoghurt, which is 60g of protein mixed with 100 or so g of whey. Little less then 180, but yeah it was delicious. Put it in the fridge to solidify a bit and stacked the pastries.

I eat about 150-200 usually, but more when im cutting because I find it more filling.

Yeah i've always looked old as fuck. Went to macau when I was 13 and got let into casinos and offered drinks, felt like such a baws.

Paid full price for them...$220. Got the 12.5oz in whatever their Slim Straight cut is. Went in expecting to cop 3sixteen's but didn't like the cut. Store employee rec'd the Tellason's and they fit almost perfectly. A tad loose in the waist still but nothing a belt won't fix. Likely won't get them altered since I plan on getting fat as fuck over wintertime.

edit: Cut is called "John Graham Mellor".

sry for jean talk again but I've looked Tellason on blueowl and the thigh measurement seems standard for slim jeans, about 0.5" narrower than weird guys which usually have the widest thigh among slim jeans at that price point. a 36" waist has a 12.25" thigh, compared to 12.75 or 12.5" on weird guys depending on blueowl or tate&yoko measurements. I exchanged my pbjs for somet 008's which have a 13" thigh with a 36" waist, probably the biggest I've seen thus far for a slim jean.

Also what do you guys eat for whey? Someone told me my whey (optimum gold standard) is entry level for kids who don't know anything about whey. I was linked to a site where you combine your own ingredients but I don't know what to add.

Whats this site where you can combine your own ingredients? I have been mixing stuff in with NOW isolate, but it tastes like soap and turns into a weird nasty gel if you don't drink it within ~15 mins. Strangely enough, this is my 2nd or 3rd bag of it. Almost done with it, looking for alternatives.

Probably referring to True Nuteition . Com

IMO Optimum is one of the best store brand proteins. Pro complex and hydro whey when in a pinch since they're always on sale otherwise unusually use true nutrition since you can buy 20lbs at a time and not worry about it for a while.
