1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Depends on how it comes back. 10% is definitely on the highest side of that I'd be comfortable with.

It also happens way more often if you cut more aggressively. If you're only cutting 1-2lbs a week then you shouldn't see that much given your diet is in order and you're still lifting a bunch.

One of my best purchases. Wife also likes it for baking, even though she made fun of me for wanting one. Also doubles as a postal scale.

RHET i'm going to fail my maths module this year, is it better to write some shit numbers get like 8% or just not sit it and get a 0? Will still graduate with dat 1st though because my uni has the most retarded way of assigning grades. Sum of your top 4 modules out of 9 and the rest don't matter lol. Can fail my 3rd year and still be good.

reach for the stars because if you miss you'll land on the moon. I will still graduate with the UK equivalent of a 4.0 though lol.

kinda hard to say. do you need that class for something? I'm not really aware on the relative valuations of low grades wrt incompletes. guise in the industry probably know better but if IB will just take a look at your GPA then

I will never be a back sleeper. The only time I did was when we earned some forced rest during a field exercise in the army when we were awake for 96 hours straight beforehand... I've never had a more blissful sleep than that 6 hours in the dirt lol.

pretty sure that holding the bar during squats is aggravating my shoulder. Should I just do heavier front squats? Or ATG smith machine squats? or leg press? Need to work out posterior chain but can't deadlift either.

Yea, I side slept my whole life. Took me like 2 months of shitty sleep and then sleeping on something rock hard to break the habit.

SSB GN? Or a cambered bar? Eric Cressey only squats with those now bc of his shoulder.

    It's the best fucking thing.

Completely in utterly physically exhausted, and mentally at peace with everything. No life shit to think about. No bills/finances worries, no relationship worries, no work or study worries...absolute bliss.

But then you have to get back into real life.
