    aw yeah so close to being CTK stronk.

    I wouldn't do a meet totalling less then 1k personally. I think I'll do when I hit 1250, found one in December i'd like to do. That'll be when im bulking hard as fuck though so i'd probably be 242 class. I'd like to go like 425/275/550. 425 squat should be doable in a couple of weeks, 275 bench is probably a while off since I'm cutting and my bench doesn't move if im not gaining weight and the 550 deadlift could probably be done by then if I pushed it, 50lb or so is a lot to add though. Will look like such a rim in a singlet haha. Would be with the BPU, which is where Jason blaha competes lel.

    At this point it just looks like i'm fucking everything with a hard corner. Trying to release tight right psoas/piriformis/IT band has become a daily struggle.

    Yeah 99% of the worlds population also don't ever try to squat for 1rm for extended periods of time and like half of them are conpletely malnourished so who gives a fuck about that made up statistic.

    I like Omar, though I didn't at first. He's got a good natty physique and pretty good lift numbers. He's also a nice guy.

    Had a great workout and a pretty okay day in general. Realized I had family visiting this weekend in the midst of a few big deadlines, got stressed, and took it out on 2.5 cookies. What is my life...

    Workout was totally good though. I'm going to try to stay leaving work early to lift and then go back to finish up and do research.

    I just really like cookies, besides flex dieting works pretty well proxies you don't eat shit all the time.I'm pretty decent at that.

    I drank way too much in college but still tried to stay serious with my lifting and also attempted to cut. Alcohol definitely hindered my progress in a variety of ways.
