1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Girlfriend got 135x3 squat today. She's got some stability issues still but I was pretty impressed.

Picked up the Charly tees from my mailbox before I started packing for LA yesterday. The tees are legit. I've gone from a true M(48IT) in the past couple years to just about a true L, and I can say these tees fit spot on. Fabric is beefy but breathable, the attention to detail is great (seams are well done, raw hems on sleeves and bottom hem), and the length is perfect for a "long tee" à la Rick, Odyn Vovk, etc. For the price, I think you'd be hard pressed to find any worthy alternatives. If you're a large and want some solid long-ish tees, grab these up. You won't regret it

Thanks guys. I'll work on widening my stance a bit and see if that helps.

I track mine loosely but I also eat quite a lot of it, about 1.5 pounds a day which is 200 calories or so. 200 more calories a day is half a pound less weight loss a week if you're cutting.
Its smart to track anything you eat a lot but if you don't eat much you could just skip it.

Some people say calories from green fibrous veggies matter less since they take more energy to digest than other foods.

Then don't, continue life as usual.

Wisdom teeth extraction isn't that bad besides looking like a chipmunk for a few days

no big deal, had both my lower ones removed at once and the rest impacted (and were removed) a year later. just make sure to get a good blood clot in there if not surgically removed, ice that shit really really well. take the analgesics to relieve postop pain (makes life easier).

shouldn't even hurt too bad the next day really. at least mine didn't.

    Looks very good to me.
Only thing I can see is that the elbows could point more down, but the way they are now doesn't seem to affect your squat.

Charly, you still wear mostly Rick? I've wanted a pair of sweats and a pair of shorts for years but they sell out at retail, shit is ridiculous.
