    I'm on month three of my cut, I eat 2350 cals on rest days, and 2750 on lift, have lost 1.2lbs a week consistently

    That's much higher than where I'm at. Although I think I'm farther in my cut? I think you bulked higher than me though? I'm at three-ish week of cutting, around 174-177 from 197. I've got abs now all day, feels good.

    Going down to 2100 kcals/day. My protein's on point finally, 150g/day. Had a great day at the gym, followed it up with some cardio even. Cleaned my apartment, did my laundry. Feelin good knowin I can lay on this couch and I'm not procrastinating for once hahaha.

    You lost 20lbs in less than a month, and you've got perma-abs? That's pretty impressive considering the last video you posted you had a pretty healthy lookin gut haha

    Month 3 brah, I think it's because when I bulked it was dirty as fuck and like 4000 cals a day, trained my body to have a high ass maintenance, and now this cut is a breeze. I think you'll be in the same boat.

    tfw stalling on OHP yet again. On cycle 15 on 5/3/1 and getting a little bored.

    Any other intermediate routines focusing on strength for big 3 and some bodybuilding accessories?

    Well believe it, I'm now a 83kg lifter and have a higher total than what I did in Nov at 93kg.. oh sweet elite is only 1396 at this class..

    I don't know how you're defining abs, but lets say you mean 10-11ish bf%. 177 at 5'8" at 10% bf is pretty fucking jacked.

    I guess a 4 pack and definition in obliques? I did say calipers put me at 14% and you all laughed at me, and then I had some pros look at shirtless pics and they said 16%. That was 3lbs heavier too.

    Everyone here is such haters. VLSI what have you been doing? Cutting for 8 months and still can't squat over 250?
