1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Glute ham raises are really good. Only problem is that most people can't even do them because they're so hard.

I similar technique to pre-fatigueing (like iham said) is to superset a compound with the lagging muscle, so superset squats with hamstring curls. The coach I might use later have his clients do this and also superset bench with flyes to teach them to use their chest while benching.

had to convert these poverty tier weights into kg so I could get some idea what you're saying

for a non-weightlifter I'd say it's a pretty solid clean. however this depends entirely on what you consider your base reference.. there's a huge difference between say national qual totals and being competitive at the regionals or what have you.

RHET, I've got an angry insecure gym manlet after me. How do I fend it off? It always talks about competing in bodybuilding shows and shit, but I don't think it has ever competed. It's been lifting for about a year or 2 and is reasonably big, like 170 5'8", but in that time it has done 5 cycles including using hgh, which I fine hilar. I thought i'd troll it a bit on fb and now it's mad.

Me:i did high rep lunges, am i bodybuilder

Manlet:do you look like you lift yet?

Me:maybe not IFBB pro, but like UKBFF yeah

Manlet: ummmm ukbff is like me bro

    Me:do they do pro cards?

Manlet: unless you look this leanish thick upper body

Me: i think i should do a show this week

Manlet: legs and back like mine

then you can call yourself ukbff

    if not

please don't take the piss bo

Me: is the clomid giving you feels?

    Manlet: no dude

    you're just being an idiot

and you're saying you want to do a show this week

    Me: maybe 2 shows

Manlet: and that you're ukbff level already

you do not know how hard it is to get to this level

how much i went through to get to where i am today

    trust me.

Prep for a contest and then you'll know

Me: So the week after?or like early april?

I hate when people take lifting this seriously, it's not a fucking spiritual journey, especially when you're using 10iu of hgh a day and 800mg of tren ace a week to look like a reasonably big natty.

I had to take hgh as a kid. I wish I lifted then. Realistically though, five cycles is not going to get anyone huge, especially considering there is a learning curve. People at the pro level aren't even cycling they are on all year.

I thought HGH was something if you took it's sort a life time commitment. I don't know much about this stuff, just something I heard.

No, insurance does not want to pay for it as soon as your growth plates fuse. The whole process is a battle because of the cost. Apparently i will need to take it when I get old but as of now it's not necessary.

Nah I've heard of people getting it just because they're hyper manlets. From what I've read without AAS and in the kind of doses you'd be prescribed it's not gonna cause huge gains.

I think you should put a disclaimer in your signature that you aren't natty so everyone in this thread knows any advice you post is coming from someone who is enhanced. This way if you tell someone to do anything, but a full body routine involving multiple sets of heavy squats, which we all know is the only way naturals can grow because heavy squats raise test and HGH they'll know you only got the results you have because you're a cheater.

    thanks

It has huge emotional as well as physical benefits. My wife suffers from SAD, and exercise really helps her depression.
