1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Why cube? I was gonna grate them, along with a large yellow or white onion, mix that all together, throw in some minced garlic and an egg to bind it all together, then fry it. bacon fat would be nice but then id bust all my macros, olive oil cooking spray will have to do

Fwiw, a slice of bacon had only 2-3 grams of fat. Do you have a food processor? The wheel attachment makes quick work of shredding.

    Also, throw in some cinnamon.

Truth be told I also don't eat the pig ; )

Bit of cinnamon sounds like it would be good.

    Someone already suggested that ;)

Question for all you, I feel like I don't hit my hamstrings enough, or at all really. So i'm going to incorporate straight legged deads on squat days.

I tried doing them today just to get a feel, is my lower back supposed to curve a little bit, I mean it's kind of impossible to do the movement without that happening I feel like, also how high of a platform should I be standing on?

Lower back rounding is expected and fine in a SLDL. Just make sure you brace and don't round more during the pull than when you do at the start. I do them off a 45 pound plate, so maybe 2" elevated.

I think a SLDL is more of a lower back exercise than hamstring. It will hit the hamstrings hard but it feels like the rounded back take some pressure off the hams and move it to the lower back. In my exp, an arched back places more stress on the hamstrings, so if you're only concerned with building the hams, good mornings or RDLs might work better.

I have this weird paranoia that RDL will exacerbate my APT. Good mornings are a solid idea, I used to do this, but stopped for some reason.

Which way does it curve? Your spine should be neutral to slightly arched. No reason for it to be rounded at all as you will have to drop the weight significantly from regular deads.

    You cuttin fagget???

I've been all about the soy-sauce marinated sirloin tip for stir fries that i decided to give it a try for non-traditional steak and eggs.

Then I made it, thought it needed some more carbs, and decided to.put it on a tortilla.

I was thinking of what it needed after and i decided on greek yogurt. Just gimme all the proteins.

Do a couple of sets of ham curls before you do squats and you will start feeling your hams a lot.
