Seems to be a case of the "correlation does not imply causation" problem that most studies like this one tend to have.

Just because people who eat high fat diary are less likely to get fat over a period as long as 12 years, does not mean that its necessarily the high fat diary that causes this. There's so many other factors to take into account.

My hypothesis is that those men who regularily eat high fat diary and butter are doing LCHF. The study was from Scandinavia and low carb diets are huge here. I think I read the other day that over half of the adult population has tried it. Anyway, a low carb high fat diet is usually a lot lower in calories for normal people, as the majority of their calories often came from carbs before they made the dietary change. A lot of men who do LCHF also exercise a good amount, and are into the whole fitness lifestyle with Crossfit and so on. LCHF, paleo and crossfit go hand in hand here.

The article also states that fat makes you fuller. Not really true. High fat foods certainly make you full, but they're not more satieting than carbs per calorie. Everyone can down 1000 calories easily in the form of a fatty desert with heavy cream, eggs and bacon or simply peanut butter. Try that with straight up carbs such as potatoes or rice.

I need to find a new gym. Tired of phaggot personal trainers telling me not to do deadlifts or even pendlays because of the noise

Gym in Asian countries man.. fuck them.

I found the key to get gym workers to leave you be is to get big enough and constantly look like you're going to rip someone's head off in the gym. They shouldn't be approaching you much after that. Or at least in my experience.

Love handles are last to go for everybody

Good work TK... how many lbs down are you?

Also Mark I did the fasted workout today. Lost some last set edge but for the most part no problems. Good advice, no point in putting it off.

    Damn I hate running.
Not so much the running aspect but the DOMS and stiffness you get afterwards.

After yesterdays run, my quads and shins are way stiffer than they've been in a long time and I've been squatting 3-5 times a week.
Maybe my body is just not used to running and forefoot strike in minimal shoes.

I never run hate it, row, skip and walk the dog, that is all.

A friend roped me into doing a 4min bodyweight back squat challenge due to some YouTube video, did it today after having been sick for the last 4-5 days, so I got 40 reps with 90kg, have to try again when I'm back up and running.
