Really? Because I learned that injuries happen when you have unbalanced musculature that leads to weakness that leads to limited mobility. Applying that I looked at your deadlift video and said wow that skinny pretty boy is going to tear a quad because he doesn't activate his glutes and hams at all. But I guess I know nothing.

Keto seems like a really bad idea before a competition. Carbs are your energy source. If anything it will prob be better to fuck around with sodium/water cycling
I think he's prepping for the weigh in and not the day of the meet. I have been on a keto based diet for months and when you re-feed the next day your energy is super hero like, I am sure Charly will be fine...

My keto diet is only running for 5 days. Plus I have a 24 hour weigh in. After weigh in's I'm going to get about 10-12,000 calories in and about 10,000+mg of sodium.
This is me this tuesday. Gonna pig out like never before.
Thinking of eating 2 large pizzas (one with kebab and another with seafood), a footlong sub, a double 200g cheeseburger with bacon and fries, one birthday cake and another homemade protein cake . Maybe I'll add a falafel.
