    He was so fucking annoying.

I cut the beginning of the video short but he was literally like 6 inches from my faces shouting "COME ON!" "LET'S GO!" "YOU'VE GOT IT!"

No shit I got it.. you just saw me do a rep a couple minutes ago. Now I'm just waiting for you to gtfo out of my face so I don't drop this on your foot.

Got invited to Kentucky Derby party by attending so pretty much have to go. Two weeks out from comp....fuck. He said they're grilling burgers and serving mint juleps.

Guess ill have one of each and try to run it off the next day. Sucks, since I've been eating so clean recently

I would suggest going but not going off course. Like you said.. you're only two weeks out. This is NOT the time to be fucking around.

    Fuck. I know you're right.

Will take small sips of julep so I don't look awkward and just pick at burger until its a plate of unrecognizable carnage.

Just drink water and socialize. Don't trip up just so that others feel comfortable. Stay on course and go kill it.

And if someone asks "why aren't you drinking/eating?," just flex your biceps at them and say "got a comp, measly human."

According to my logs I've been eating an average of 2200 cal/day for the past two months... not losing weight, even gained sine. Is this possible or am I definitely calculating something wrong? :( Have continued to get stronger for what it's worth.

Then your maintenance is 2200ish. Adjust your calories accordingly to reach your goals.

That's the conclusion I've come to as well. It just seemed low for 6' ~175lb, but I'm still in dyel mode with relatively low lbm, so I suppose it's possible.

and i will fucking write that swimming thingie, promise, dont want any rhet brahs drowning. after all the talk of guides i thought "hey we should like make a rhet lifting compendium" and then i remembered we tried it and it flopped lol.

teh charly he speaketh the truth.

if it was a normal dude just trying to get shredded i'd advise to just go and fuck it up but the situation is a bit different if you're two weeks out.

besides, you got dat double doctor income soon enough so it's not like you won't be steezing on everyone at the derby sometime in the not so distant future amirite?
