    Anyone know how to do adjusments on the first rib yourself? Trying to avoid a chiro visit, shits really hard to get to though.

    just made some gnarly meat sauce. Wanted to eat it with spaghetti squash but grocery store was out. Tomorrow's recipe I guess.

    practicin' mah paleo recipes to impress this xfitter chick i'm seeing (well mostly paleo, the sauce has a panade)

    Casein and whey: ON or Dymatize?

    I like Dymatize b/c they are cheaper, but I'm open to alternatives.

    Dymatize claims they were counterfeit products. Also not sure how credible this source is. Just something worth thinking about. I just ordered some body fortress because it was super cheap :hide: As long as it has most the protein, I'll be fine.

    Also who has cheap/decent casein? I thought you guys said it was cheaper, but ON's is more expensive than their whey.
