    My 19 year old friend is on like his 5th cycle this time test prop and tren ace. He's swole as fuck and pro BB genetics but his lack of regard for health is crazy.

    Any of you guys into softball? My company sponsored us to enter a team into the local industrial league this year, pretty excited about that! It's highly competitive though and it will be our first season, which means we'll probably get our asses handed to us for the first couple games at least till we catch up.

    Something I ate in the last two days isn't agreeing with me at all, as I've had horrendous bloating today generally reserved for massive cheat days. I feel kind of ripped off having this sort of bloat without consuming any "junk" food. Seriously, my waist is measuring like 2.5 inches bigger than normal. I know it'll pass but I've just felt (and looked!) terrible all day.

    Played some b-ball with some local kids.

    I'm pretty terrible, but squartz and liftan makes me surprisingly good at rebounding/stopping people from trying to drive to the basket..

    or shoot without like, making sure everything is set up perfectly :lol:

    No matter how fit i get, i'm still an uncoordinated short dude. At this point it's just knowing how to leverage being the strongest one on the court and having a surprising amount of ups.

    It was the same with soccer--can't kick accurately for shit but I can certainly get between you and the ball.

    That's the beauty of streetball.. just body motherfuckers and tell the pussy ass bitch to suck a dick if he calls a foul.

    That's what I used to do even when I played at 125-130 pounds. Didn't need to but I was always good with my leverage and it was fun knocking into little dudes (even though I was one myself). I imagine it's even more fun now if I still played.

    Use your swole to your advantage.

    Tested my maxes these past weeks. I'm now at bench 285(1 sec paused), dead 435 and squat 355(past parallel) which I'm quite happy (overall 10-30 lbs increase). 300/400/500 does not seem so far. Couple of months and I should have it :slayer: On another note, my dead and squat really sucks, need to work on that.

    I used to play a lot of both basketball and streetball and we made fun of the swole gym brahs who had no skills trying to use their strength to win. The beauty of basketball is that a tiny guy will murder you even 1 on 1 if you're relying mostly on your strength.
