    I need new squat shoes, my foot grew a whole size going from 137lbs to 187lbs. Small shoes are affecting my squat. Don't want to spend 200$ again on new shoes but also don't want shitty do wins.

    It was definitely fun being that big...and the strength from the added weight was incredible. Being shredded is fun too but I miss being able to move big weight.

    Will probably only bulk to 200 or so this fall. :)

    Learning cleans and snatches is both fun and frustrating. Feels good to be learning something new though, being bad at something gives me new goals to strive toward.

    Speaking of which I've been avoiding getting into golf for a long time, any of you guys beginning golfers? My older brother does it many times a week and it'd be nice to have an activity we can do together but I just find it so boring.

    For sure, I've been destroying all my perscribed #s. I don't think I could get under 180lbs just because I like the extra strength from being big and it's my main focus in the gym.


    Nothing. I guess at the end of the day they are the same thing. I had a pair for 2 weeks, thought they were un comfortable and were really hot.

    Getting dangerously close to sub-180. Will probably be there in like 3 days. It's gonna feel weird.

    plain greek yogurt mixed with onion soup mix is like the macro-friendly version of helluva good dip, just need to find something to eat it with now

    I know that feel, at 185lb now. Will be shredded as fuck at 175 and I'll have a 2.5xbw deadlift.

    Not to come off as a dick.. but mass are you exactly "shredding"? From what I've seen, you're pretty skinny. Isn't your goal to be "aesthetic"? And from what I remember, you've got them master race height genes.

    I used to golf.. but I got larger and my pec/arm gets in the way of my back swing. Last year, I hurt something in my shoulder on a back swing at the range and took me 3 months for my shoulder to recover.

    I haven't picked up a club since.

    Can't be aesthetic if I'm not sub 10% bf in the summer, in the long term i'd probably look better, but fuck walking around at over 15%. Only want to be 190ish at 10 percent. Goal isn't really to be aesthetic, majority of my training is still strength based, but not as much as it used to be.

    It does sort of suck to be on a forever bulk. I can totally understand fuji shredding down for the summer...especially since there's uni hoodrats to be slain.

    I've playing plenty of golf in my life (shoot 70-80 most days) it's my fav sport. I've only noticed positive benefits from my weightlifting and golf. It helps a ton with control and being able to crush the ball when necessary
