    You like the oly shoes when squatting low-bar? I got some that I use when I high bar squat or front squat and I'm still wondering if I should use them too when switching to low-bar (usually use the chucks). I guess I will have to try it myself...

    Yea, I love them.

    I think it really depends on the user. No way of knowing without giving it a try.

    A great example is Daniel Green.. he has a low bar position with a wide stance, but uses oly shoes to squat.

    Rice puffs are excellent for adding volume to any kind of cereals, yoghurt or oatmeal. It has pretty shitty nutritional profile (all empty carbs) but since it basically weights nothing, you can add half a cup of it for like 20 cals.

    I remember in high school when my class went on a 5 day trip to Berlin. Some guy started a bet which involved anyone finding a 10/10 would get 10 bucks from every other guy in the class (like 100 total). Guess what? It didn't happen on any of those 5 days.That bet would be over in an hour in any other European capital. Most people from abroad do say that we're spoiled in Scandinavia, though...

    didnt know chalk did that much difference for deadlift grip strength! Lifted 150 kg/330 lb today with a straight grip for a 3, havent done that before (usually mixed grip)

    Invented sickening way to have accommodating resistance so as you go down the rep becomes harder. Would need long as fuck chains, but baso if you threw the chain over the top of your power rack and then had it go to the floor like a regular as you want down more chain would get lifted off the ground.

    Wtf ate like a horse for dinner pwo (3 cans of tuna, 4 eggs, 2 liters of milk, 1 cup of spinach + protein shake) after lifting, go to bed, sleep for 7 hours, then wake up because I have hunger pangs.

    Also almost 170 lbs now, abs still showing. this bulk has been good so far!
