Creatinine is more of a kidney marker rather than liver. Creatine supplementation has been shown to increase creatinine, but it's unclear as to whether or not it's significant. Most doctors say just drink plenty of water.

Eating a ton of red meat has its own problems associated with it.

So pick your poison. I personally find it to be the only supplement I wouldn't be willing to do without since I eat next to zero red meat.

Yeah...in some animal models creatine supplementation has been shown to increase progression of chronic renal failure...but I doubt any of us on here have chronic renal failure, lol. I would avoid it if I had a strong family history of kidney problems, though.

I guess it would also be a good idea to get some blood work done to see where I'm at before I plan out what supplements to take and stuff. I do remember reading about you guys talking about getting tests done to check testosterone levels and such. I'd better get on that.

Charly, do you take any multivitamins or anything? Or do you get all that from your meals? A friend of mine is always suggesting Animal Pak.

Fish oil and multi are generally good.

I eat a lot of red meat but i can def feel the effects of creatine supplementation. Some people load it to get it faster but 5-10g PWO should be enough to see the effects.

Meh, even if you're eating a whole cow on a daily basis, 5g of creatine really isn't gonna do too much.

No, I never said "unfortunately". I am happy it isn't affecting me because last time I tried it I got super jittery and stressed out, and this time I'm not.

Creatine has no effect on healthy kidneys provided you aren't dehydrated.

With all things, it'll affect different people different ways. I gave CreaPure two tries for 14 days each time (once on a deficit and another on surplus). Didn't do a goddamn thing either time.

    Fuck it. Just eat animals.

Bored of cutting now, been 6 weeks i think lost about 10-12lbs. Upper body looks fairly lean but no abs to speak of, think i need to do some ab work anyway deadlifts probably werent enough. Gone down 1 or 2 trouser sizes but lower body still doesnt look leaner for some reason. I would guess that i've gone from 20% BF to 15% need to be 10-11% before bulking again really. Needs to hurry up i want to get on a higher volume routine and make some gains.
