How does the 5'10 kid at my gym who weighs, at best, 160 lbs with no musculature push 12 plates on the leg press machine? He does at least 3 sets of 6 - 8 reps. Not quite Somali marathoner skinny, but close.

Basically, its just sucrose (table sugar) and salt (for the electrolytes) Some recent studies have shown fruits to be better than sports drinks or chews:

If you want liquid sugar with no dyes, you could concoct your own version of it. Some google-fu required, but I came up with this in 5 seconds:

All-Natural Sports Drink – Lemon Flavor:

    1/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 t. sea salt
    2 quarts water

Jesus, seriously? Only 75 carbs a day? Even when not cutting?

Cool, I'll try some homemade shit.

TK I'm on a "cut" too. There are days though where I eat pretty much zero carbs outside of carbs from veggies and peanutbutter

I'm not counting vegetables, and i'm counting carbs minus fiber count. So for example if something says 50 carbs, but has 30 grams of fiber I count it as 20 carbs. Not really difficult, and i've lost ~17 pounds in three months, so i'm not complaining.

decided to try buffalo wild wings for a weekend cheat since it would be easy enough to keep it to fat/protein and i fasted most of the day so i wasn't worried about going over maintenance.

WTF america. you exported your garbage shit terrible chicken wings across the border and i wasted my money and cheat calories on them. those were some bitch ass wings, 3/10. no wings will ever be topped by ring-a-wing. :fu:

There has definitely been an across the board death of wings. I haven't had good wings in NYC in a long time.

Some of the best wings I've ever had were actually from Costco. They have spicy ones, BBQ ones, and weird shit like soy ginger. Dirt cheap from what I remember. Just a lil too much fat for my macros.

oh yeah. if its the same as the US, they're pinty's wings and they are the best non-restaurant option.

i've never been impressed by wings at a sit-down place. the best i've ever had is ring-a-wing, a delivery place here. huge wings and the best medium and sweet and sour sauces you will ever have. tbh the dry chipotle bbq seasoning at buffalo wild wings wasn't bad, but the wings themselves were tiny and what you pay for them is ridiculous.

BWW kind of sucks and is expensive.

Cluck-U had good wings, but haven't been there in years... plus I'm on the wrong coast now.
