Have to schedule board exam in either Atl or Philly for this fall. Thinking Philly so I can convince Charly to teach me how to lift.
I'll be 1w out from show at that point so wouldn't be able to. My personal vote is for weekend of May 25.
I'll be out of town.
Alternately, everyone list which weekends work for them in april/may/june and i'll put it on a spreadsheet and figure out what works for the most people.
I am putting my wife, dog (in avi) and all worldly possessions in a UHaul and driving down to Charlotte NC on May 21st. So I am down for any weekend before that. I might be back up for business afterwards though.
Don't think I'd survive this cut without my daily casein fluff treat to end the eating window.
Todays fluff was probably the most tasty so far:
40 g ON casein powder
150g thawed and sliced strawberries
50g skim milk
Start mixing on highest setting until fluffing begins
Add 10g of cocoa powder and some stevia and cinnamon.
Continue mixing so it expands even more
When you don't think it'll expand any further, add 50g of quark and mix again. This will trigger more expansion and give it a texture of whipping cream.
Try to fit it all into a bowl and put it in the freezer. Check on it after 30 mins and whip it around for better ice cream like texture. Freeze for another 10-30 mins.
