Guy in my gym was repping 130kg on paused overhead press wearing jeans, boat shoes, a shawl collar cardigan and a gilet (can't remember what spastic american brahs call it), was miring. He was talking to his mate about how he gets a discount on his tren from his dealer because he gets it in bulk. Always provides the lolz in the gym. Fat jewish brah deadlifted 100kg today, well done fat jewish brah. He is complaining about his hands though and would like to know how to make them not hurt when he deadlifts. I don't really know what to tell him, I suppose when your really fat your hands are more fleshy and therefore it hurts more?
