I'm full blooded azn master race like charly. I dunno abt him but I'm relatively hairless body-wise so not much hair on shins. Many of my fellow azn bros are also like that.
Also, i think my lack of bodily hair is why gymbros say I have fashunz model boyz body.
Anyways will take a pic later to demo use. I just tape over the areas that get bloodied (the area where the shin bone pops out)
Been using tape for a year now, very convenient and don't have to bring extra sweatpants / shin guards/ whatever.

with the medium cuff an unexpectedly large amount of people showed a SBP of at least 140mmHG and with the large cuff a value, which was within whatever significance value they were testing, it is obvious that is what they did, it's pretty much the only test they could do. Even if they didn't do that test, you could do that test and come to the same conclusion. Brb finding out mean and variance of blood pressure so I can just do the test.
OK sbp in teh mexicans has a mean of 122. variance is proving harder to find.
Usually the sweat from my shins makes the tape super easy to peel. I counted. Lost only 1 hair, but also obv i'm not a hairy person.
Oh and PR of 150kg today.
Easiest way is just to use shin guards or pull your knee sleeves down to your shins

I throw instant oats or fiber one cereal in mine. Helps keep you from getting constipated too.
