Absolutely sickening day in the gym. Probably my all time best workout sesh.
My oly lifting bro decided to buy 100kg of bumper plates for the gym, which was sick. Spent an hour doing light as fuck cleans with an eleiko bar, bumpers and a platform as well as some sickening wide grip front raises to overhead because I can't snatch for shit. Quite scary dropping weight from overhead though. Cleans felt much faster with the bumper plates and a nice bar and it didn't knock me back when i caught it, which was nice. Only did 80kg.
Went 3x5x160kg on box squats, which is pretty good I think, squat dropped off massively last month because I wasn't eating much and I was going out too much. Then went onto deads and went 140kgx10, 150kgx10, 160kgx10, 165kgx10, 170kgx10. Guessing I can hit 205-210ish for 1.
During the 160kg set this happened. How do I stop this from happening? Obviously my legs are where the gnurling is and even with sweatpants it still happens.
did not notice, gym trainer freaked out at me and got really mad because I got blood everywhere and then told me I need to keep the bar further away from me and not pull with such a wide stance because I'm going to crush my feet. He was having some fat middle aged women try to do snatch pulls though so he was blatantly a retard. Then I proceeded to do it for 2 more sets and he was russled. They got there first aid kit out and sterilised it
I miss knucks telling me what a retard I am, how shit my form is and how bad my programming and diet are, it was such a good feel.

Former McDonald's employee here, I would say this is wrong, at least for McD's. Everything they do is precisely weighed and portioned out for business reasons. The only thing you're gonna vary on is like, onions or lettuce. All patties are weighed the same, identical amount of cheese, sauce is applied with a pump gun that provides identical amount every pump, buns are identical, etc. Fast food is probably actually your safest bet for eating out if you're doing IIFYM because of how standardized the production lines and supply chains are at those places.
Anyways calorie/macro accounting isn't an exact science so you should always be prepared for the margin of error. I usually round up on stuff I eat.
interdesting, do you just roll it up your leg or around like a wrap? Would probably rip off all the hair off. I thought chalking my legs would help, but all it did was make me look like a massive bellend.

What is the variance of the paddies? Are they normally distributed? Do we know the population variance or are we simply using the sample variance and thus must use the T distribution. Are you eating enough of the same mcdonalds meals that we can use the central limit theory to assume the sample mean tends to the real mean?
Fuck that wouldn't be enough information as every individual item will have its own variance so the variance of the burger will be the combined variance of everything.
Fuji someone in my gym uses coke bottles (not cans) that are cut in half and placed under his socks.
interdesting, could buy some shin guards or something, probably easier then that. I don't want anything that is going to fuck up the path of my pull though, I'm very happy with how my form is and pushing the bar further in front of me is going to place more load on my lower back.
