You can make a cauliflower crust pizza with veggies, lean meats and some kind of homemade marinara sauce.

I've done this before. It may LOOK like pizza crust when it comes out of the oven, but it certainly doesn't taste like it. If anything, an act of desperation on a low-carb day.

holy shit guys, thank god we have dailyhealthpost. they saved me from wasting all my time on useless exercises!!!!!!!!!!

    http://dailyhealthpost.com/5-most-overrated-exercises-you-can-stop-doing/3/#axzz2Q1f95cDJ

you mean doing things incorrectly will hurt you? shit

so i cant just bench 20 sets for an upper day instead of doing a routine that makes sense? damn you poliquin!!!!

youre meaning to tell me that i need to progress into weighted variations of particular movements in order for them to retain their usefulness once they become too easy? not to mention i need to think about engaging my core in full-body movements?

    im doing everything wrong

Jarude, generally agree with you but I'm in the school of thought where roughly equal time should be spent on over, incline, and flat pressing.

Is it heretical to think this nowadays?

Been a rough few days mentally on this cut. I'm having simultaneous feels about losing too much size yet still being too fat.

    Fuck.

Jarude its easy to sit on our high horse of swole knowledge but i don't think that article is aimed at the RHET crew.

And, given the full retard that most gym bros have gone, I think the (to us) overly simplistic statements might help a curlbro mc chickenlegs double-think their shitty workout routines/form.

14 year old girl doing a clean and jerk with 103kg, ill reassure myself I can probably deadlift more then her even though she picks up 100kg about as fast as I can.
