    There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    As of week and a half ago, Neck - 14" , Upper Arm (relaxed) - 12.5", Calf - 14.5". Come on skinny arms, why don't you grow?

    My neck is 17" though so I got an inch or two to go.

    I'm also 5'7" with a pretty short tibia so they probably look better on me than someone with same size calves that isn't manlet status

    VLSI measure your bicep and calf flexed.

    Why is my neck so skinny too?!

    Can do later. Calf won't change much though, they're also tiny... bicep won't change much either come to think of it!

    I've got a chicken neck too, 15.5". I bought a neck harness but I can't really find time to do them during the day. 15.75" calves flexed but I literally never done a calf raise. Oh look I'm 1:1:1 on everything but probably doesn't count for people at 19% BF ; ;

    I think a thick neck is pretty aesthetic. I need to get mine bigger but afraid to do any direct trap and neck work, since laying off that and developing my lower traps it's helped my shoulder problems a ton.

    I can't squat without a pussy pad due to nerve damage from bouncing at the top of my squat. So basically i squat wherever the pad rolls to stability (somewhere between high and low)

    Probably have to remeasure myself, but last time I checked it was something like 18" calves, 16" biceps and 17" neck and by no means do my arms even look that great. Former 295lbs fatty turned into a moderately lean 175lb normie...
