Foam rollers, what is a good one to buy?

Following, what is a good way to loosen up my back. Really tight and sore, odd movements don't hurt but kind of "pull and twist" when lying in bed. I had to turn to my side last night toward the end of my sleep as it was getting uncomfortable.

I have to constantly arch my shoulder blades / flex my back to stretch it out for some comfort fwiw. I think this is from the DL last Friday after moving up in weight, which I am assuming is natural soreness and should melt away in 1 to 2 days. I just want to be comfortable for chest day tonight.

I think bosu balls have their place in training of people who are deconditioned and need to develop some stability/balance but 95% of the time people are using it in stupid ways.

Go to Lowes, but a PVC pipe for $8. & your t-spine is tight from deadlifting probably, it's normal. You should post a video of your deadlift form.

I just imagine the ball popping while I'm benching on it and the weights snapping my forearms. No fucking thanks!!!!

Don't know how I forgot to post this last week, but with the death of margaret thatcher (lol at everyone being mad at her just because they're poor) I thought this was appropriate. Me and Winston Churchill had a pretty sick lifting session last week.

He's just like how you would imagine Winston to be in real life. You can't see from the photo, but he's actually just walking around in his underwear, which happened to be some Y fronts (proper winston form, getting naked at inappropriate times). He was being such a cheeky kunt, was sitting on the bench in front of me and he literally raises his ass off the bench to do a huge fart. He wasn't even lifting, he was in the gym for about 2 hours just walking about farting next to people and picking dumbbells up and throwing them across the gym and eye fucking everyone. Another thing you might not be able to notice, those aren't headphones. He's wearing ear protection to the gym. Probably so he doesn't have to hear what a absolute bad man he is.

inb4 you should have given him advice on how to start peoples dumbbells around and fart on them.

Love watching people do crunches on bosu balls. Brb using momentum and elastic recoil from the ball to fling myself up and down 200 times. Lol

Never seen a bro who relies on a bosu ball with nice abs

Bosu balls DO have one good purpose though...as a future Ortho, they ensure that I will always have custo...errr...patients!

I'm on a push/pull/legs split and I will use our HOA gym one day a week for some back exercises, since I have no machines at home. These gyms are never crowded, 4 people would be pretty rare. So I play basketball for a bit to warm up then I head in...and as soon as I open the door I hear this very loud, obnoxious hissing coming from this guy doing tricep kickbacks. I've heard less grunting from people squatting really heavy weight. He proceeds to do this for every single exercise, including forearms (he was only training his arms). He tries to make casual conversation by saying "I wish they had more mirrors in this gym." One wall has a gigantic mirror that you could see yourself in at just about any position in the room, unless you were huddled into the corner. Somehow mirrors are what's really missing from a gym in which you can't squat, deadlift, or military press. He was a walking satire. It reminded me of everything I hate about working out around other people (except one gym, all the others sucked).

Are you guys mixing up stability balls with bosu balls? The bosu is the half ball thing with the plastic on the bottom. The stability is the full size ball. I've honestly never seen someone doing abs on a bosu. Benching either.

Stability balls are hard sometimes like when doing chin ups or something with your lower back and balancing your core all at the same time.

Quite obvious I do not have abs :embar:
