Foam rollers, what is a good one to buy? Following, what is a good way to loosen up my back. Really tight and sore, odd movements don't hurt but kind of "pull and twist" when lying in bed. I had to turn to my side last night toward the end of my sleep as it was getting uncomfortable. I have to constantly arch my shoulder blades / flex my back to stretch it out for some comfort fwiw. I think this is from the DL last Friday after moving up in weight, which I am assuming is natural soreness and should melt away in 1 to 2 days. I just want to be comfortable for chest day tonight.
