    Yeah brah, buy loads of wraps and sleeves and learn to get your upper back tight as fuck and your pressing movements will basically feel like machine presses (0).

    I am eagerly awaiting the 5kg per db bonus I will get from my new double ply elbow sleeves. Hopefully they will let me do overhead extensions with my gyms biggest db, which is 42.5kg.


    I am actually not joking, wrist wraps and elbow sleeves have helped my bench progress so much. Even without them my pressing strength has gone up. Only annoying thing is I'm constantly loosing shit at the gym because my bag has so much shit in it. Have

    belt
    oly shoes
    knee sleeves
    knee wraps
    elbow sleeves
    wrist wraps
    straps
    a chain for weighted dips
    a band for mobility shit
    journel
    pens
    chalk
    liquid chalk
    And for some reason I keep all my condoms in my gym bag for completely no homo reasons.

    lol @ anyone who even TRIES to give advice to random dudes at the gym.

    Only people worth doing it for are 7/10 or above women for obvious reasons.

    He approached me asking about it after I finished my sets. I would have never spoken to him otherwise, couldn't care less what he was doing.

    I actually gave an overweight chick squatting advice today actually. She was mirin' hard as I did it.

    Does anyone actually know how many calories are in a fucking chicken breast.

    Also, starvation mode, is this a myth, or is it true?

    What exactly does this mean?

    Let's say i'm on a cut, at what point in a calorie deficit does starvation mode, and to that tune, cortisol start fucking shit up?

    You don't gotta starve yourself to cut. I'm on a cut and just had a big ass pizza and soda, hell I know people with more lean body mass than anyone in this thread and they eat pop tarts and lucky charms post workout.

    Pulled 160kg for 3 easy sets of 10 after squats today. I think a 500lb pull by next summer is a realistic goal .

    That's the thing. I'm scared i'm actually eating too LITTLE and this is impeding gains, but at the same time I feel perfectly full throughout the day, and not hungry in the slightest.

    I also have not stalled on any lifts, and continue to gain. The past week i've been stuck at a certain weight though, and the scale shows no signs of going down. Now I wonder if it's because i'm gaining muscle, but losing fat, so even if the scale does not change, my body is still doing something.

    I'm of the opinion of listening to my body and all that, but this is bugging me.

    Rather than listening to your body you ought to be reading a food scale
