    Legs are aesthetic as fuck, don't want anymore growth really. 50% for 5x10 is bitch weight, wouldn't do anything. Thats basically a couple warm up sets. Brb doing deads with 100kg.

    Measuring mid 20s around last time I checked, probably low 20s after I cut. Am perfectly happy with that.

    Nah I store very little fat on my legs. By far the leanest part of my body. Have it on my back and stomach. Get dem sickening lines in my quads before I have proper abs.

    My issue as well. I'd rather be fatter if I didn't carry it all in my love handles, looks shit.

    A lot of what we call love handles is actually water retention rather than fat.

    Yeah, my quads measured 23" at the end of my bulk and have shrunk down to 21.5 now since I seem to carry most fat there. They're a bit skinny atm, but I really doubt I'd ever want to go above 26". Started to get clothing problems at 23" already.

    first time I snatched 10kgs over my bodyweight I missed every snatch over 80% for like two 1/2 weeks, that lift is a fickle bitch
