What about Snap or Anytime? Those types of gyms are most widespread, and are 24 hours, too, but their selection can possibly suck (I've had mixed success with Snap having squat/power racks, changed with every location). I stopped going because lack of squat rack at my local Snap, I'm at Gold's now.
reps & sets to shoot for? I never had a dedicated day to chest before so flyes are new to me.
I like 2-3x 8-12.

LA Fitness or 24Hour Fitness. Both are pretty heavy on the east coast. And cheap, too.
I do 3x10 for every supplemental exercise. I do both flat and incline flyes
Today is carb day. Nothing better than going to bed skinny and waking up juicy. Will prob shoot for 600g today.

As long as they have barbells I am good. I can either do leg day on the weekend at home or just do non power rack stuff (split leg squats etc). Im actually more concerned with them having Hammer Strength stuff as I use a lot of that for back day.

I usually can find an Anytime Fitness gym in most places, particularly small cities; however, you won't find them in major metropolitan areas such as NYC and DC.
First time in my life I plucked a shirt out of my closet, and upon buttoning it up it feels significantly tighter in the chest. Progress, feels good man.
