Well yes, that's how it works, but I haven't convince myself yet. Plus a calculator in that site throwed two different daily caloric intake.

Started studying for the CFA again, 60 days left haha. Powering through the Econ volume in less than a week, killing it right now. My life is going to be working out and studying for the next few weeks. :slayer:

    Yes she wants the D.

    ----

Got some actual numbers (VO2, VCO2, HR, etc.) from a workout test I did earlier today. Probably going to take up one or two serious days a week of intense cardio (get to HR 170-180 and push for about 30min).

Can someone repost that link where you enter your weight and it breaks down the main lifts in terms of goals / max lift?

    something like this
    http://www.joeskopec.com/repmax.html

But I remember it being a bit more details with a bar chart for "novice," "intermediate" etc. I thought it listed your max rep / rep x set #'s for a good reference.

Nice chart.. but I think the numbers are slightly too low (maybe off by like 20 pounds for the s/b/d). I added up the "elite" numbers for the 198's and came a bit short of the elite total for 198's.

I do wish it were spot on and I could be elite already :satisfied:

Disappointed in the steroid talk. Are unrealistic goals convincing you that your progress isn't up to par?

    http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/muscle-gain/whats-my-genetic-muscular-potential.html

Downplaying genetics is fine if you are legitimately concerned that someone is using it as a crutch instead of the variety of known factors, but knee jerking every time the word is typed is silly. Mark my words, in 20 years our knowledge in this area will have improved 100 fold and the pendulum will have swung hard towards beginning to understand how genetics play a huge role in how the individual responds to exercise.

hamstring updates, not as defined as dem quads, but they're getting bigger and theres like a line between the hamstring and the bone, which looks cool. I want dem striated hams.

We could do those shirts they started doing at english secondary school where they have the number of the year made up of all the names on the back. We would need to compile a list of who is in the inner circle.
