I lift 6 days a week so naw bruh
dled 2 singles at 405 without a belt for the first time. feels harder and slower but somehow better. Deloading next week while SCUBA diving in Cebu for 7 days
1G black clip checking in
never listen to it while i train though
I'm gonna go out on a limb here and suggest 90% of the material out there recommends doing the exact opposite of "cutting volume" on a deficit. Maybe your verbage sucks. There's a difference between an inevitable loss of ability and preemptively cutting volume.
Like a long deload? That's a sure fired way to lose strength. You maintain intensity and cut volume (same weight, same reps, significantly less sets). If its good enough for Lyle McDonald its good enough for me.
Lean gains recommends reverse pyramid training on a cut, which is pretty low volume.
What do you do six days a week?
You're an idiot. The question clearly implies what he lifts not if he lifts
wweEEEeEEEeeee~ another squat poundage/rep PR
does anyone else find it kind of funny when TK rips on people for saying genetics have influenced their training negatively
you trusted a man with a popped polo collar to spot you???
excellent squats, what are you aiming for next meet again
Haha oddly enough he's the only one in the gym I trust to spot me on squats. He's an vet of powerlifting. Real old school too.
Thanks for the nice words. A 570 squat would be really nice at the meet.
Chest and tris
Back and bis
I was thinking about doing a split like this, but with shoulders and legs together. My shoulder workout is pretty quick (behind the neck press, upright rows, lateral raises)
