I hate that I'm short (5'7), but love to lift.

I'm currently 160lbs (waist 31) and a stocky build is definitely not for me.

I need to drop fat, but I don't wanna look like a skinny bitch. What to do, what to do..

Get thin but still lift tons, its awesome

Haven't been to a gym in 10 days. I was supposed to do drop-in ice hockey today but was too tired. Fat new year resolutioners will be in the gyms through at least this month. [IMG]

... just means that you're probably a stronger squatter - towering @ 5'8" myself [IMG]

Agreed. I do indeed have thunder thighs.

I just want to fit into skinny jeans and have brolic arms. Is that too much to ask?

Were you bulking for that, though? Eating constantly? I swear I overtrain easy if I don't eat heavy.

How in the holy hell do you get in 300g protein and stay at 2500cal? Your meals must be chicken breasts/eggs/steak and dry spinach.

This. If one puts aways the required cals and gets enough protein, overtraining is just not an issue.

completely disagree. so you're telling me that with the proper amount of calories and protein, I could recover fast enough and also not injure myself to do intense deadlifting and squating every day of the week? ha. ha. ha.
