Unless you compete professionally/ semi-pro (for sports or aesthetics), I don't really see the need to gear if you just want to look better. Train hard eat right is always the best bet.

take my advice with the knowledge that I'm involved in a weight class sport where generally bulking serves little purpose.

but assuming you have the training side covered, basically bulk a little then cut a little if you think it's necessary ref. repeat ad libitum. a moderate surplus would do you well I reckon. as i mentioned you're pretty fucking lean (and especially so if you're cutting for a month still), so i really would not worry about putting on too much fat. it's not like you're coming from a gettoasty physique - as TK said you have a pretty solid frame which will lend itself to good aesthetics (if that's your thing).

    basically Lyle's recommendations on bulking

Do it faster, why waits several years to achieve your goal physique when you can spend $150-200 on test and do it in 12 weeks. I wouldn't even factor in the cost because of how much money you'll save on food. My friend who just ran a cycle would probably have had to wait another 2 years to achieve what he did on gear naturally.

Don't forget the AI and PCT. Will run you about $300-$500 when all's said and done. But yea.. cheap considering all factors.

Wouldn't even say it costs that much. 20ml of 300mg/ml test is like $60 maybe $100 if you want pharma grade, AI is about $60-70, Nolva and Clomid are about the same. Might be more money in the states but, gear is cheap as shit in the UK. I think PCT is even cheaper in the states, you can buy liquid clomid on research chemical websites for like $20, which is enough for a PCT.

edit: fuark just checked a very reputable research chemical website and things seem to have gotten more expensive, probably $135 for the PCT.

Yea I was talking about pharm grade from reputable sources. Don't know why anyone would risk putting anything else in their body.

Haha well you'll never know til you try. Most guys won't experience any hair loss with a mild cycle unless they're extremely prone to it.

Haha I just assumed you had some knowledge on it. If you don't know EXACTLY what you're doing, then do not even think about starting.

Hope I tackled you off the path with that :)
