1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I think your squats look pretty good, GN. Maybe slight butt wink at the bottom. You're also shifting weight forward when you start the ascent, maybe try barefoot or better shoes. Are those frees?

Also, anyone have suggestions for 60g of fat and 100g of protein and <15g carbs? bacon and eggs

One positive of the recent lulz is that I got tips to convert my struggle-ups into chin/pull ups so thanks! Was able to do 15 straight after ohp which is pretty good for me.

    Lol, are you being sarcastic?

My arms lag a bit. I havent found good isolation exercises for bis or tris that dont aggravate my fragile elbows.

I do heavy dips, and some cable pushdowns at the end of my chest/back day.

I know a lot of people have a dedicated arms day but it would feel like a very unsatisfying workout to me without a big compound exercise to exhaust myself with

    No arms day crew
Arms disproportionately large compared to body crew

I widened my bench grip by about three inches per side to get my ring finger on the ring. I also did some sets of 12 with DB press.

KJ might have a sore chest tomorrow bros

You def don't need a dedicated arms day or a specific routine for a muscle.

It's way more productive to choose big, heavy movements that put emphasis your tricep of you wanna build up that. Heavy lifts like close grip bench, dips, floor press, jm press and boardpresses and lighter isolations like tricep pushdown and lying tricep extensions have blown my triceps up a lot. Something as simple as narrowing your bench grip or holding your dbs in a hammer grip for db bench will stimulate your tris more.

Ditto for CGBP; has been the best tricep developer for me by far.

I do dips, CGBP and tricep extensions. I do tricep extensions more as a measure of tricep strength than a dedicated exercise. It's still a decent iso movement though.

ran into a problem in my project, estimating the probability distributions of succesful attempts conditional on the starting weight is proving hard for ilya because he almost never misses anything.

Those 2 days of weird stomach and practically no food made me lose all the water weight I had from high carb intake. Looks like I've gained a lot less size than I thought but my strength has increased decently. Was back in the gym today, upping my volume and food intake. Ate 2.5 pounds of rice (cooked weight ofc) post workout and now going for some more food [IMG]
