oh god i could cut for the rest of my life if it meant i got to eat steak and eggs for breakfast everyday. medium rare and over hard.... hnngggg. i might look into EC but i think i need to prove to myself i can be in like... 98% compliance for at least two weeks before i can justify supplements.

i need to try out your aeropress recommendation... ive heard great things but i've also heard theyre essentially disposable as the plastic breaks down in about ~6months.

Mine's only like two months old so i can't speak to longevity, but it feels solid and makes a nice cup. Easy clean up too. Beans will matter more at the end of the day.

not mine. i also see coffeeshops that sell coffee by aeropress and theirs never break down. it's really sturdy if you ever get the chance to touch one in person

first video is 315x15, but i realised the camera angle was shit so i redid it again and got 315x12 in this video because I realised I was doing some RDLs afterwards and fuck going to failure. This was after squarts, which went shit, reckon i could get like 20-22 reps if i went to failure and did it before squats. Enjoying high rep sumo pulls to strengthen the hips. I think my hips are whats holding back my squat. I'm maxing in the low to mid 400s.

If you want to strengthen your hips and have an issue with constantly RDL-ing some of your DLs, then stop the touch and go.

    It's called a "dead"lift for a reason :)

lol fuji you're such a god damn troll, but thanks for not calling me a faggot at then end of your video. If that is 315 that's nice but you deadlift funny. I don't know anything about deadlifting for aesthetics though so maybe thats why.

i know i dont usually comment on these types of things but you're at a really good place to start a bulk. it seems you have the genetics to not hold onto that much fat anyways so turning that deficit around is probably going to do wonders for you if you do it smart.

Thats probably the worst way to deadlift for aesthetics since it doesn't really have much back involvement, it's predominately hips. Whats funny about it, it's a sumo pull. You can see dem plates in the first video.

Really? I thought no one had ever done a 2300 total ever. What is the raw all time record?
