Carbonated drinks in general can affect bone density and also cause some water retention.

The former matters if you're a 70 year old lady, the latter matters if you're going for aesthetics.

Diet soda always makes me bloat. Goes away after stopping drinking it for like 2-3 days though.

The upper tolerable limit has been set at 40mg a day, so anything more might contribute to problems. Mineral balance is important for the most part because too much of one can deplete others, like iron, calcium and copper.

    Does wolverine even legs?

I never felt or saw any results from primatene. Bronkaid, great results. Apparently gorilla jack is good MarkI. Read the full EC stack thread on bb.com IMO before doing it so you can get an idea of some things people experience. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=135110051&page=1 If you have a high stim tolerance you probably won't notice any of the things like jitters. I barely felt any appetite suppression either (whereas someone else in here commented they could barely eat at maintenance while on it because they felt sick) but definitely the need for more water as it dries you out. Be ready to pee a lot if you drink "enough" water while on it.

The bottle of centrum I have at home says 11mg zinc per tab IIRC, so you can take one of those and get a bottle of 50mg and a pill splitter and be at 36mg/day if you wanted.

Is Bronkaid being pulled everywhere? I haven't had to buy anymore yet, I have enough of a supply probably for another cut but now I'm wondering if I should try to kop some before it's pulled here, too (if it isn't already).

No it was on recall due to a package labeling error. It's back at Walgreen's.

EC bros, do you really see that much of an improvement when you're cutting? i already drink at least 4-6 cups of coffee a day, not sure what i could do to improve.

I find it helps with hunger.

So shoulder trigger point therapy. What to massage? Is there potential referred pain and shoulda massage other areas?

    Take bronkaid?

When I go on EC I stop drinking coffee and taking additional caffeine so I can better monitor my response. The first time I did EC I was insanely jittery and that's the only way I could adjust to proper levels.

Also, appetite suppressant was awesome and when I figured out proper caffeine intake was at peak energy levels.
