Not sure TBH. I only use them for fridge/freezer storage. I eat all my meals at Casa de Rambo

Coincidentally, my bro drafted a quick outline of my macros when I asked him what he had for lunch today.
He said I would need to eat about 6 chicken breasts a day, or I can mash it up and drink it like celebs lol
For about 155 lbs:
Calories: 1860 - 2170 (Avg. 2015)
Protein: 162-189 g (Avg. 176 g)
Carbohydrates: 209 - 244 g (Avg. 227 g)
Fats: 41 - 48 g (Avg. 45 g)
He mentioned that if I satisfy my daily protein / fats then I can eat whatever else to satisfy the calories.
What you guys think? I'm not trying to gain weight so I may skew to the lower end of the spectrum. I'm try to get abs or at least some definition and a 'v' at my pelvic muscle.
Just eat lots of clean protein and veggies. I guess that would be optimal towards maintaining and getting abs. cottage cheese, chicken breast, brocoli and spinach are your friends.
Although tbh, if I was 155 i would have tyler durden abs and be fending off girls. Just saying.
Considering a switching to 3 day / week because I will be entering the corporate world soon and prefer to maintain around 75-78kg bw.
Mon: Oly back squat 3x5, RDL 3x10, Bench 3x5, Pendlay 4x5
Wed: Clean 3x3, Push/Jerk 3x5, Pullup 3x15, Core stuff (overhead squats, ab wheel, leg raises. Will rotate every week)
Fri: Front squat 3x5, DL 3x5, Bench 3x5, Pendlay 4x5
Cardio 2-3 times a week on non-lifting days
I guess it's quite solid since it saves alot of time.
Or will IA SBPR be better? Want to be somewhat aesthetic but also functional and don't feel like spending 1hr curling/cruching
i curl every 4-5 days on SBPR and its like 3x8 lol

You don't need to spend an hour crunching/curling for aesthetics. My dedicated arm work consists of 12 total sets a week and dedicated an work is 3 sets a week and my arms/abs have developed just fine.
Every time I'm in the gym I'm targeting my bi's or tri's in some form or another.
I don't crunch, though. Just do squats. Might change that later when I start cutting idk
Now doing 3x50 second planks/side planks, and 3x15 Side-to-side planks (what are those called?) and 3x15 side-to-side trx swings.
Also was able to sumo deadlift 185x5x3 on sunday with minimal discomfort (mind you this was after 8+ months of minimal deadlifting/squatting). Gonna see if i can start ramping up my activity level
figuring out what to eat is really not that hard
it's the eating only what you figured out that's the hard part.
So I did some arm work today. 3 superset of 20 cable curls + 20 cable pulls behind the head.
The pump in my arms. Feel weird man.
I found out what was wrong. Torn quad, at the top. Apparently it's because I'm unable to activate my right glute which results in my quad doing extra work. At least now I can work on it.

That sounds bad, how do you fix a torn quad?
the top of my right hip flexor is in pain. RICE? i couldnt do squats yesterday. tomorrow is deadlift day and not sure if i should do it
