    I'm good. Adding Stinger to my block list. Should reduce aggravation levels when reading this thread. Don't throw the baby out with the bath water. A few side and bent over raises every now and then do wonders for shoulder development.

    lolol Rambo gets it totally wrong as confirmed by numerous people, his response is to block me, keep doing those facepulls for lateral delts brah. Much more logical than doing DB upright rows as a substitute for the same movement with a barbell, definitley.

    9 weeks out as of today and holding onto a shitload of water weight. From this point on I'm upping water intake and decreasing sodium intake to try and minimize the water weight so I can better track my progress. Pretty excited to see how much I drop this week...expecting my 8 week pictures to be dramatically different from my 10 week pictures.

    How does on train for hypertrophy and definition rather than becoming huge and swole? There are so many varying fucking opinions out there. Is it lower weights, more reps? Lots of isolation work? Being sub 15% bodyfat?

    For example, how does one acheive this physique [​IMG] over this [​IMG]

    to be honest i care a lot more about looking good naked, and aesthetics rather than strength...
