Yeah I love the lat burn. Learning how to activate my lats was the hardest of all my muscle groups.
In other news, I'm seeing a physiotherapist next Wednesday. Hopefully my hip problems don't require surgery, I want to be able to back squat again sooner than later.

Honestly I don't have too many issues with hunger at this point. MUCH worse is the, um, other effects of cutting(libido, stamina). Diet is nothing special...700 cal deficit with 200g of protein, don't track fat or carbs but get a good amount of both.
It's the angle I took the pictures at...they're pretty much balanced with the rest of my physique. I'll post a pic when I get home tonight.

My girlfriend measured me for fun last weekend because she said I look thicker - I think her way of saying I look plump -__-
Anyways.. christ.. 46.5" chest and 34" waist.
I guess the days of 30.5" waist are long gone hahaha
When you measure chest do you go around or under the shoulder blades? I have something like a 42" chest but that is over the shoulder blades/lats.
And lat activation is all in lifting with the elbows. When I do rows I act like the weight is attached to my elbow. Gots da wings to prove it lol.
I can get dirty at work, so I wear shirts that I don't really care about too much. Mostly older t-shirts. Nothing SF worthy, of course, aside from my APC's. Anyways, went to put a shirt on today and noticed it was sort of small. Then realized all my old tees are getting small on me. feelsgoodman
Can't wait to hit the gym tonight. I'm finally getting to where I'm really excited to go again. Just wish squart day would come sooner.

Yea, right under my armpits, relaxed - how bodybuilders do it.
Seriously, I want to look like I can sort of survive if I were tossed into the deep end of the pool this summer.
