    Also, apologies if this has been posted before but this video is great. I like when he is hitting the nasal spray before lifting. That is just nasal spray right?

    I like to carry kettlebells around the indoor track when the thought of more traditional steady-state cardio makes me fatigued with boredom.

    Touch on the ground between reps. Explode upward. Pull into your stomach a bit more and try to squeeze your scapulae at the top.

    Pendlay Rows are def my favourite type of row. I always found on bent over rows that I would cheat when increasing the weight. It's really easy to just stand more upright and end up working the traps more, which you don't want.

    You can't cheat on Pendlays and since you put down the weight between reps you can pull more weight. Also gets you a nice hamstring stretch.

    I end my back days with two 100m farmers walks carrying 60lb dumbbells. Never really though of it as cardio though.
