This is brilliant, great Seinfeld scene.
Also, apologies if this has been posted before but this video is great. I like when he is hitting the nasal spray before lifting. That is just nasal spray right?
Nose tork / smelling salts / ammonia
With bb rows don't really feel my lats, more like traps + arms.
Seriously though guys anyone else walk on the treadmill with db's/plates?
I like to carry kettlebells around the indoor track when the thought of more traditional steady-state cardio makes me fatigued with boredom.
i do with 5kg med ball as cool down / warm up after ball practice.
Just threw up a little in my mouth after deadlifts tonight. First time. tastesbadman
Touch on the ground between reps. Explode upward. Pull into your stomach a bit more and try to squeeze your scapulae at the top.
^So basically you're asking me to do a pendlay row.
Pendlay Rows are def my favourite type of row. I always found on bent over rows that I would cheat when increasing the weight. It's really easy to just stand more upright and end up working the traps more, which you don't want.
You can't cheat on Pendlays and since you put down the weight between reps you can pull more weight. Also gets you a nice hamstring stretch.
Pendlay rows + pull-ups after my bench gets me lats sore so deliciously
I end my back days with two 100m farmers walks carrying 60lb dumbbells. Never really though of it as cardio though.
