Band resisted back extensions feel good man. Did 5x10 with a doubled up mini band, that hamstring and lower back pump fuuuuark. I like how you have to really explode into the band and hold the contraction, feels good man, may have to get my bigger band from home and try it. Got a set of 5 with 160kg on the box squat because I did a reverse pyramid instead of a normal one then 150x7 and 140kgx8, the 8 reps weren't to failure, I just couldnt be fucked to lift really.

Everyone who got diet troubles should just pay Knucks to write it for you. I am v. happy with this 15 lb bulk, hitting my goal at the exact time I set it and feel a lot bigger and somehow leaner.

My mate hitting a 200kg single after recovering from a lower back injury last year. He hit a 160kg ass to grass high bar squat last week too. Only been training like 2 years, he was stronger at a lower weight last summer, but he herniated a disc and had to drop the weight and go from powerlifting squats to oly squats. This is not LSE gym sadly, fucking university of essex having a more aesthetic gym.

This might be one of the only times in this thread that I've typed LOL in a message and actually LOL'd.

It's some fancy ass scale that all the queer bodybuilders use at the gym.

i understand maybe paying a coach to design your diet when your either trying to get down to like 6% bf or your a 250lb body builder whose having trouble getting to 260lb, but if your a novice lifter whose like sub 200lb just fucking eat more. I just ate a tub of ice cream, that's going to make me gain weight. Before that I had a burger, a lb of flank steak, 250g of rice, 4 scoops of whey, 2 scoops of maltodextrin and 500g of greek yoghurt, it's not hard to gain weight.

Paying someone to help you bulk from 170 --> 185....is this real life?

I bet the bros at GNC and used car lots get a giant hard-on whenever you walk through the door.

Cool, coming from people that suggested hiring a coach. Which led me to spend like $400 for what equated to spinning my wheels for 2 months.

I'd me a lot fatter at 185lbs if I just "ate more food".
