1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I find linear algebra significantly easier. I don't like how there is no definite method with some integration. I don't want to do real math, I just want to do bull shit finance and statistics models then make power points forever.

Just came back from an IB event. Met a banker who recognized me from the gym, told me if I give him some lifting advice he'd help me out when i apply, feels good man.

Man I really do hate bodybuilding now. Once a month some dude comes in my gym with a girl and some fat photographer. Looks pretty damn skinny but tanned then does a bunch of pump stuff so he can get his picture taken in a rustic real gym. So many posers.

They're just labels, but they have caused a lot of confusion, which is why when Rippetoe republished these he changed the names to category I, II, III, IV, V.

Pretty sure my fat ass rolling around on a across ball will be in the background of all of these.

Few tips. Baggier pants.. at least in the seat/thighs.. longer rise helps too. A touch more length on the tee and couple inches on the jacket length. :slayer:

Hook grip only suck on the thumb for reps more than 2 or 3.

They fuck my hand up those. The meat right under my thumb. Ripped some skin off on my last deadlift day.

Starting to think doubles are the most difficult rep range for bench press.

Charly can you explain the best way to work power hangs into my routine? Also what does exrx consider elite for the power hang, is four seconds standard competition hang time?

Serious question, are elbow sleeves only a short term solution to elbow pain? Only
My right elbow has been giving my grief and I think it finally "broke". Sensitive all over, cannot bench 135. Not numbing pain but sort of sharp and dull. I can still perform other exercise outside of anything that may put downward pressure on the joint i.e. Barbell bench, dips, tricep pull downs on machines, etc. I had only could do 10lb dumbbell tri kick backs today and substituted barbell with machines and dumbbell presses. Fwiw I can get a referral to a sports therapist for all the Bay Area athletic teams,
