    Yes, I would cut it out.

    Easiest way to shred is get a device like bodybugg and get a food scale. Takes any guess work out of it.

    EC helps too(oh how I miss it)

    Q for you guys who workout before breakfast in the morning: how the fuck do you do it? i've been trying to get there for a few days now and, outside of morning cardio, I can barely operate without food. lifting weights seems like a pipe dream without a dead bird in my stomach.

    On an Army scholarship for medical school. Gotta go to San Antonio in June to go get out of shape.

    I put Fiber One cereal into my protein shakes and run it through the blender. GI tract is MUCH happier since I started doing that.

    oatmeal, whole wheat, brown rice, sweet potatoes, lettuce, broccoli, carrots, apples, prunes, figs, dates, and a WHOLE assortment of other foods. not to mention fiber supplements like metamucil, fiber one, benefiber, etc..

    But 50-70g of fiber a day is WAY more than necessary.

    as far as fasted workouts go, i used to do just black coffee but that started to burn the gut. now i just have a bit of yogurt beforehand just to have something in my stomach, not for energy.

    its mostly a mental thing IME. the only other thing you should think about is eating a large~ish meal before bed the night beforehand, but as long as you're eating within a few hours of bedtime you should be able to adjust pretty fast.

    Are the Nike Frees durable? The literally look like they'll break apart after 50km in them.

    I workout at 6 a.m., so I get up around 4:30 and have a cup of coffee and eat a small bowl of cereal by 5. This way the food has at least an hour to digest before my workout begins.
