    Dude was pretty strong back in the day. Can't really go too "hard" anymore because of his heart. He's doing what he can.

    As for most of his clients on video, they've got no excuses. Too many curls, not enough deadlifts and squats haha

    Nope. I posted Cube, CBL, and carbnite.

    1 lb away from bulk goal. Think 185 is my fighting weight, got 7 on my last deadlift when I was suppose to get 3 tonight . Will eat maint + enough food to allow me to do a 45 min walk a few times a week for 3-4 months and see what happens.

    i lifted some weights for the first time in a while several days ago and my arms kill. I cant extend either one. Im walking around the house like a t rex. the pain is killing me, ive given thought to cutting them off to relieve the pain.

    Went to the gym today...told myself I was going to jog 3 miles.

    Jogged .5 miles and said fuck it and did squats and still-legged deadlifts instead.

    I lose. :(

    Front squats are good, but back squats are pissing me off. 3 months post injury and squatting any weight (even 45 lbs) still aggravates my hip flexor. I think I need to video tape some sets. Everyone says to do leg swings, but the only part of the leg swing I feel is when I swing it all the way back after a set of squats, I get a painful tight pull on my adductor and it goes away after 10 swings. I squat again, it comes back. Fuck you.

    Do HIIT sprints, preferrably on a track if you have one. Unless you're just working on general "don't be a fatass" cardio, it's a good alternative. My usual routine on running-only days is something like 2x400m,4x200m, and depending on time, 5x100m.

    Light cardio the morning after heavy sessio are really beneficial, for me at else. Active recovery, long term health etc etc

    I always finish my workouts with a couple miles on the treadmill.

    Then I get home, shower, feast on too much chicken and rice, chug a casein shake before bed, and then pass the fuck out like a little baby.

    Cardio allows for some good night's sleep.
