I feel like if I broke at the knees first with the way I squat I'd fall backwards/have a hard time with balance. Widening stance even more would alleviate that possibly.

My BP is always "normal" whenever I get a check up.

Last time I got a lipid panel (about 6 months ago), it was stellar .

    Fixed for you.

Man, I was like 224 @ 5'11" last week and I was pretty DYEL mode.

Well that's venturing deep into muscle dysmorphia territory.

I don't care how much "hurr, durr DYEL" bullshit you subscribe to, 190, 5 10 with single digit BF is definitely on the larger side for someone's who's natty

Exactly, if you want to talk about someone who is on gear that's an entirely different story.

I think I've asked this before, but does anyone else get horrible acid reflux/indigestion while training?

No. Do you have preworkout mix or caffeine right before?

I do, and I never get it otherwise. Is there an obvious directly correlation I'm missing?

Could be that you eat too much prior and/or too close to the session.
I personally do much better with less food pre workout.

Caffeine can mess with the ph balance in your stomach. Look around the web for details, but coffee is acidic and while caffeine alone is not, it can indirectly affect your stomach through your nervous system IIRC.

Should be a pretty easy fix, just cut it out or have a tums or something with the supplement.

Coffee on an empty stomach before workout will do that to me, but generally if I eat a bagel or something with it, no problem.

Man, it's sad to see how low some of you limit your natural capabilities.

To each their own I guess.

Good lord. Wrapped a voodoo floss band around my groin super tight and did some leg swings and bodyweight squats, sweet sweet release.

Said it many times before but that Kelly * book is amazing.

Maximum LBM calcs generally show that they are right and you are wrong. Frame size has a lot to do with it.

If numbers in that range are possible then the physique competitors at the Olympia are all natural too.
