no, no, i mean the genre as a whole sucks balls and has done so for awhile now
I have a hard time getting a good pump from "music for curling", despite my many efforts to try.

Negative, that stresses the pec minor and people bring their delts into it too much.
Their Group Therapy show is good times- #9 is one of my fav sets of all time, including the other 450 TATWs.

You're looking pretty damn aesthetic tbh. Nice arms size and defintion at the obliques.
My cut / recomp is going well. Weighted myself for the first time since I started, down 3 lbs in a month. I've intentionally chosen a slower weight loss to make strength gains as big as possible. Managed to get a bench PR today. Soon pressing BW.
If everything goes as planned, I will have dropped about 10 lbs and be at 8% bf by the end of may. Perfect for summer semester.
March-April 2014. I'm not cutting until I can bench 225 for reps and my arms are ~15" cold. I could def drop 15lb now but its too early.
Hard as hell to flex and smile at the same time! Gotta work on that before the show.
Huh? I thought you were much stronger than that for some reason. Are your legs a lot stronger than your upper body?
