    interested in y'alls opinions on benchmark strength;

    mainly looking for bodyweight relevant exercises, no squats for me since my chiropractor says no:

    heres to start the list:

    Perfect form front levers -- being able to hold at least 5 secs
    OAC (one arm chin; no grabbing your wrist bullshit)
    Dragon Flags

    Tried one arm chin before. Too hard so I gave up.

    Someone explain what front lever is?

    grab a bar shoulder width apart; plank your whole body and make it parallel to the ground. hold.

    I'll check it out when I hit it again on Sunday. Closed tomorrow.

    On another note, after 5 days straight of heavy lifting, my body is sore. Will recover by eating junk food all day tomorrow.

    For you who use fitday and aren't on Eastern Time, can I adjust it so it doesn't think its tomorrow when its after 9PM for me on Pacific Time? I've had to move a bunch of stuff over by a day and it sucks.

    My apartment has a hot tub, so that's not a bad idea.

    I don't drink anymore. [IMG]

    Epsom salt bath, man. Dump two cups of the stuff in hot water and soak for 15-20 minutes. Do this before you go to bed or have time to take a nap, because after you do this, your nervous system is relaxed to the point where you almost feel high.

    Should I be feeling guilty about polishing off an entire 12" thick crust 3-topping pizza at one sitting?

    LOL, it was more like a cheat week. We brought the kids to Orlando and eat out for lunch and dinner isn't conducive to hitting your macros. But all good things must come to an end - it's back to Portland on Monday and to maintenance diets [IMG]

    Feel good, doesn't it [IMG] Ate too much candies, cookies and meat. And I have zero guilt about it. Can't wait to get to the gym this monday and see if this carb overload has any effect at all on my lifts.
