    I don't really give a shit about the whole XxBW crap. But yes, that is a good deadlift for that weight class. All I was saying that this might want to make some of yous work a bit harder.

    Rectus abs go up down and pull chest to knees

    Transverse abs go left to right and act as girdle

    You can't really train one without the other though

    i guess the pt meant contract it. Isometric stuff is ok (though jesus i forgot what sore abs feel like)

    Tonight I'm training this chick i've been seeing. She's already got a good body but like hopefully i'm with her long enough to start seeing results hnggg.

    What's the diet protocol for girls? Can they build enough LBM from newb gains to cut down and look aesthetic? Or does she have to legit bulk/cut?

    Good luck convincing any girl to bulk lol. Have her just lift and change her diet qualitatively(I.e. stop eating salad for every fucking meal and get some protein). Once she gets more into it she can start worrying about bulking and cutting.

    Yea, cornbread and buttermilk powered too!!! :)

    It's going to be interesting to see Eric and him go at it together for the WR raw squat. This guy definitely has more weight behind him but still would be fun to watch if they were in a meet together.

    New favorite PWO meal: Dice potatoes, fry in butter, add a bunch of eggs/egg whites and scramble into the potatoes. Might try this with yams

    1,500 calories in one slice.

    I almost died because I had it with a half carton of milk, right after I ate a whole pan of lasagna.





    But I assure you TKJTG.. I did not enjoy some of it...
