And apparently he "only" did 905 because they didn't have enough plates to put on more weight.

Tonight I'm training this chick i've been seeing. She's already got a good body but like hopefully i'm with her long enough to start seeing results hnggg.
What's the diet protocol for girls? Can they build enough LBM from newb gains to cut down and look aesthetic? Or does she have to legit bulk/cut?
Good luck convincing any girl to bulk lol. Have her just lift and change her diet qualitatively(I.e. stop eating salad for every fucking meal and get some protein). Once she gets more into it she can start worrying about bulking and cutting.

It's going to be interesting to see Eric and him go at it together for the WR raw squat. This guy definitely has more weight behind him but still would be fun to watch if they were in a meet together.
