    Eason, godly aesthetics come at single digit BF. the difference between 12 and 9 is incredible. I say go for it.

    what do you mean by top of the patellar? the patellar connects the kneecap and the shin. I assume you mean the cap end, but that could be the cap itself, the tendon, fluid in the knee, or a HOST of other assorted things.

    I meant the area just on top of the knee head. Strangely, I feel alot better now after a morning of playing beach ultimate frisbee.

    Anybody else have slightly high blood pressure? Mine's generally high 130's (occasionally 140ish)/80-85. (138/80 at an exam today) I can usually calm myself enough to get under the cut off for an aviation medical exam. Any advice on things to do to lower my blood pressure? Doc's usually act like it's high, but looking at charts I pretty much fall under "high normal" I guess just high for my age (25)

    Do you guys notice that you're 'deflated' after a night of heavy drinking? Must be the dehydration factor?

    Sucks.. Thoroughly demoralizing when you see gains reversed.

    i wouldn't worry about it too much. so long as it keeps relatively constant, you could just have a slightly higher than normal bp. normal is 120-80 so you're pretty much in range anyway. is your pulse rate normal as well?

    Alcohol is a super-diuretic, that's why you get that 'deflated' look. I wouldn't be too worried about it though since that was all water your lost (unlikely to be any muscle). I'm usually a bit leaner after a heavy night of drinking which is in line with my cut.

    I have the same 'problem' as Eason. Just drink hard liquor, watch your drunk eating binges and u be fine

    Hard to recall since my last test, but pulse rate is around 50-65 usually. So actually on the lower end. It was high 40s when i was doing lots of crossfit style cardio workouts a few years back.

    Just tested my own and was at 68 bpm right now

    My BP is pretty high since i gained a ton of weight. Was around 115 / 65 at one point but its at least high 130's / 75 now. I read somewhere that the lower number was more important as in true high blood pressure they are both raised. Also a standard pressure cuff is designed for a 12" arm, most people who lift will have much bigger relaxed arm size than that. My pulse rate was "average" last time i checked, cant remember what that is in numbers though.

    Also, about drinking, i dont hardly drink any more but i had 5 beers the other night and looked like total shit when i woke up, so deflated as someone said.
